Manage Supertabs
When a supertab is published in the browser, it is not immediately available to users. You must manage access to the supertab in the Admin Console first. Here's what to do:
Check and provide basic information
Go to Supertabs to view the list of published supertabs, select the checkbox for the supertab to manage, and select Edit.
The name is provided when the supertab is published in the browser. In the Admin Console, you can edit the name, and provide a more extensive supertab description.
Create a role for the supertab
The supertab role should consist of the permissions for the apps or websites that the supertab contains. See Manage content access. You can also assign additional permissions as needed.
Assign the role to the appropriate users
In Edit Supertab > Users, select the users to assign the supertab role to, and select Assign Supertab Role. The users you've assigned the role to can now work with the published supertab in their browsers.
Delete or deactivate
To temporarily remove user access to a supertab, you can deactivate it. Deleting a supertab removes it entirely. When you deactivate or delete a supertab, users can no longer find it when they search in the browser.
