Function setShortcutEnabled

Enables or disables the Notification Center keyboard shortcut at runtime.

This is the programmatic equivalent of the "Enable keyboard shortcut to open Notification Center" toggle in the NC Advanced Settings panel. Disabling unregisters the global hotkey immediately and persists across restarts.

The configured shortcut is retained while disabled, so re-enabling restores the shortcut that was last set via setShortcut rather than the default.
