DesktopSystemGetEntityInfo Method

Returns a frame info object relating to the entity specified by the uuid and name passed in. The possible types are 'window', 'iframe', 'external connection' or 'unknown'.

Parameters

uuid
Type: SystemString
The entity UUID.
name
Type: SystemString
The entity name.
callback
Type: Openfin.DesktopAckCallback
A function that is called and passed the entity info.
errorCallback (Optional)
Type: Openfin.DesktopAckCallback
(Optional) A function that is called if the method fails. The reason for failure is passed as an argument.
